How It Works

Watcher uses an agent-based architecture. A lightweight agent is installed on your servers and connects outbound to our portal—no need to open firewall ports. The agent continuously monitors your infrastructure and sends data to our portal where you can view statistics, configure monitors, and manage alerts.

When something goes wrong, you'll be the first to know with instant alerts delivered via Email and Microsoft Teams. Our platform provides detailed statistics, comprehensive logs, and analytics dashboards to help you understand your infrastructure's performance over time.
